Agent is not sending heartbeats to the cloud.
- Check if agent is running
- Verify network connectivity
- Check API key configuration
- Check firewall rules for outbound port 443
Database Connection Fails
Agent cannot connect to the database.
- Test connection string manually
- Verify credentials are correct
- Check database server is running
401 Unauthorized
API key or OAuth token is invalid or expired.
- Regenerate API key from dashboard
- Reauthorize OAuth client
- Check token expiration
402 Payment Required
Query limit exceeded for the billing period.
- Upgrade your plan
- Wait for monthly reset
- Reduce query frequency
