Agent Connection Issues

Agent is not sending heartbeats to the cloud.

  • Check if agent is running
  • Verify network connectivity
  • Check API key configuration
  • Check firewall rules for outbound port 443

Database Connection Fails

Agent cannot connect to the database.

  • Test connection string manually
  • Verify credentials are correct
  • Check database server is running

401 Unauthorized

API key or OAuth token is invalid or expired.

  • Regenerate API key from dashboard
  • Reauthorize OAuth client
  • Check token expiration

402 Payment Required

Query limit exceeded for the billing period.

  • Upgrade your plan
  • Wait for monthly reset
  • Reduce query frequency
